Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) delegation is now at the Visayas State University (VSU) Main Campus, Baybay City to compete for the annual Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges VIII (PASUC-8) Culture and the Arts Festival. The delegation, composed of BiPSU’s finest, will represent the university in the four-day event.

The culminating event took place at the BiPSU Gymnasium, marking an end to the 2023 Science and Math Month activities.
