The workshop, held on November 27 to 28 at the University Hostel Function Hall A, aimed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively address and prevent instances of gender-based harassment.

Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) and Accountancy and Business Management (ABM) debate teams clinched the top spots in the high school and college categories, respectively, at the inaugural President Victor C. Cañezo, Jr. Debate Cup. Organized by the An Lantugi Debate Society, the event concluded on November 29 at the university gymnasium, marking the successful comeback of the debate organization.

Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) recently formalized its commitment to community development through a memorandum of agreement (MOA) signed with the Local Government Unit of Naval (LGU Naval) and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
