BiPSU has been a member of AUAP since 2019, and the renewal is a strategic move aligned with the university's goal of expanding its global presence.

Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) and Accountancy and Business Management (ABM) debate teams clinched the top spots in the high school and college categories, respectively, at the inaugural President Victor C. Cañezo, Jr. Debate Cup. Organized by the An Lantugi Debate Society, the event concluded on November 29 at the university gymnasium, marking the successful comeback of the debate organization.

Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) recently formalized its commitment to community development through a memorandum of agreement (MOA) signed with the Local Government Unit of Naval (LGU Naval) and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG). The collaboration, facilitated through the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) and School of Graduate Studies (SGS), was inked on November 20 at the President’s Office Convergence Room.
