Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) welcomes the officials and personnel of the Commission of Higher Education Regional Office VIII (CHEDRO-VIII) headed by the Regional Director, Dr. Maximo C. Aljibe for the validation visits for the COPC applications of the BiPSU systems and monitoring of limited face-to-face classes, student affairs and services, and program offerings scheduled on November 3-4.
